I felt really pleased when I walked out of the shop. There was a bit of a mix-up regarding the screws I required for the shelving bracket I bought. They went the extra mile to ensure I had everything necessary.

The folks in the showroom and on the phones are super nice, but they really drop the ball on follow-up. I didn’t get a heads-up when my items were ready for pick up. After bringing everything home, I discovered some screws were missing. I reached out to get those screws sent to me, but customer service just ghosted me.

The table, chairs, and benches I’ve bought over the years have been solid, but it looks like the staff is where things fall short.

Customer service is always spot on—besides Penny’s help, the dispatch person arranged for an earlier delivery than what was initially offered at our request. Even the delivery guys today were really nice, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely love this company and will keep coming back as we grow our collection.

We really dig the bar stools. They accidentally shipped us an extra set, but they quickly got it sorted out before delivery. I was grateful for that!

Absolutely adore our new Perch Stools! They’re crafted well, look stunning, and have ample space to sit on. The mix of Teak and Iron really stands out. A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for in quality. Delivery was quick and super well-packaged; shipping wasn’t cheap either. Still, we’re really pleased with these stools!
